CTS Agency is looking for a project manager to coordinate and oversee the successful completion of projects for a wide variety of clients in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. We want to meet someone who is confident enough to be ready to jump in and contribute quickly, with the ability to successfully manage a team of creatives to deliver on-time, quality work.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including a willingness to lead meetings and answer questions by phone).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly correspond with clients and serve as their point of contact.
Create team schedules and manage creative team.
Create and assign tasks based on client meetings.
Generate regularly scheduled project updates and status reports.
Schedule meetings and create meeting agendas.
Run a basic quality check of written materials and designs.
Create long-term and short-term plans to help clients reach their goals.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Degree in either marketing, communications, business or related degree
Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and be proactive
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in groups or independently
1-3 years of project management experience
Ability to take detailed notes and relay information to creative team and clients
Written/verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn new things and keep up with industry standards
Knowledge of WordPress CMS and/or email newsletter systems
